Here is another great idea from Amber’s ‘green’ wedding last June.  As we said in an earlier post, Amber made many thrift store runs in planning her wedding.  She talked with the stores about her idea of using mismatched china at for her reception.  Because of this, most of them gave her a big discount on the china pieces.  The china looked very elegant and was cheaper than renting dishes for the wedding.  After the wedding, she let family have first pick at the china and she donated the rest back to the thrift stores.  Genius!
